Help & FAQ

This app helps you log workouts, track progress, upload form videos, and talk to an AI coach that knows your profile. Nothing here replaces medical advice — tell the coach about injuries so it can adjust suggestions, and see a provider for pain or clearance questions.

Dashboard — your home base

Start here each visit. You will see your week at a glance, quick links to log a workout, and summaries that update as you train. It is the fastest place to pick up where you left off.

Schedule — plan and review your training calendar

The Schedule page is a workout history calendar. Past sessions link to full details; in-progress sessions can be resumed. Set daily habits here (sleep, steps, hydration, and similar) and mark days met or not. Google Calendar connection lives in Settings if you want external reminders.

Workouts — templates you can run on the gym floor

Your Workout library holds templates. Tap one to review exercises, then Start This Workout to enter Workout Mode — large buttons, rest timer, and set logging while you train. Starter templates appear after onboarding; you can also build new ones with the coach or by picking exercises yourself.

Open Workouts

Progress — metrics, insights, and training analysis

Progress combines body metrics charts, coach insights, and a training analysis avatar that highlights muscles you have worked recently. Workout history and daily habit streaks live here too. Logged sets flow into these views automatically.

Digital Library — videos and documents

Upload training videos for AI form feedback, or upload spreadsheets and scans (workout logs, templates, body scans) for import into your history. Processed documents can create workout logs, templates, or body measurements after you confirm.

Open Digital Library

Upload a form video

From the library Videos tab, upload a clip, confirm when it was filmed, and optionally link it to a logged session. Analysis scores form and suggests fixes; skeleton overlay processing runs when the service is available.

Upload a video

Upload a document

Choose the document type before upload (workout history, template, body scan, or other). The app extracts data and can import rows into Progress after processing.

Exercise library — how-to and muscle details

Browse 800+ exercises with instructions, muscles, equipment, and demo media when available. Favorite exercises for quick access when building workouts.

AI Coach — log, ask, and update in plain language

Tap the Coach chip (top of the screen) or AI Coach in the sidebar. Ask it to log a session, adjust your profile, schedule a workout, or explain what you are looking at. It confirms before making changes. You can also edit everything directly on each page — both paths stay in sync.

Daily habits vs long-term goals

Daily habits are simple yes/no trackers on your calendar (steps, sleep, hydration, etc.). Long-term fitness goals track measurable targets over weeks — create them anytime from the dashboard; they never block your first session.

Fitness goals — optional, whenever you are ready

Goals use a short setup wizard for motivation, a measurable target, and weekly commitment. They are optional and appear on your dashboard once created.

Settings — profile, units, limitations, billing

Update height, weight, units, injuries and limitations, rest-timer preferences, notifications, and billing. Changes save when you tap Save changes.
