my300fitness is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform that provides video form analysis, personalized AI coaching via chat, workout logging, exercise recommendations, body measurement tracking, goal tracking, and optional Google Calendar integration for workout scheduling.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

The AI coaching, form analysis, exercise recommendations, and all other content provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other symptoms.
You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with your use of the Service, including physical injury.
You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, workout data, messages). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
You agree not to upload content that:

Google Calendar integration is optional. If you connect your Google account, you authorise us to
create calendar events and read event times on your behalf using the
calendar.events scope.
You can disconnect this integration at any time from Settings. Our use of Google Calendar data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to the applicable subscription fees and Stripe's terms of service.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact privacy@300tech.cloud.
All software, design, text, and graphics comprising the Service (excluding your user content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. AI form analysis and coaching recommendations may contain errors.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, LOST DATA, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by contacting us at privacy@300tech.cloud.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 5, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
